「I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. 「We spent the night before our friends' wedding. The red tiny house had all we needed; bed, shower, coffee maker, and a hot tub. After the twisty ride from the Chattanooga area, the hot tub was a godsend. The gravel driveway was packed down enough for the motorcycle. It's a nice location for both Clayton and Helen. We will come back.」

「The listing truly doesn’t live up to the actual property!! It’s a tiny home but it never felt that way! It was immaculate in every way, very peaceful, beautiful and perfect inside!! They’ve made this tiny home feel like HOME! The ac was great, the hot water was HOT, the ceiling fan in the bedroom….i ordered one for my home before I left! It seems close to other people but it was very private, very quiet, off the beaten path but still only minutes from anything you could need!! I 10/10 recommend...
