"The process and thorough commnunication from start to finish was fantastic and easy. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Bed was very comfy and a nice bathroom/shower. Otherwise it's very basic accommodations - but well located, a stone's throw from the beach in a quaint little neighborhood just outside of the downtown. The outdoor patio is wonderful with a beautiful view. For the price it's an excellent value! Thanks for everything."

"Very nice condo away from down town right on the beach. Rooftop pool was awesome! Kitchen a bit out dated but very manageable. Could use more comfortable furniture but we weren't indoors very much. Will definitely be back!"

"Host was very attentive and helpful (arranged taxi, early cleaning). Unit and grounds are nice and quiet. Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations. "

"We are very grateful for our 6 day stay in this peaceful studio. It was easy to check in and out, the kitchenette has everything (but a hot plate which we didn’t need). We appreciated a full jug of safe water, great shower, beautiful grounds with dappled shade and several hammocks. Several species of birds in the gated open tree covered area made spending time outside pleasant. We used our shaded porch a lot as well. The location was perfect walking to playa Cocoa in the west, downtown in 8 min....

"Le logement est bien situé, avec une belle vue sur le fleuve - en particulier depuis la terrasse et l'appontement.Le logement correspond assez bien à l'annonce même si la piscine est très petite et, surtout, l'entretien problématique (traces de pénétration d'eau partout sur les murs).Du coup, cela laisse une impression au sujet de l'hygiène assez moyenne : pas parce que c'est sale mais parce qu'il y a des traces partout. Pourtant, le logement est plutôt récent.Gros point noir : pas de réaction...
