An exceptionally curated environment. Excellent food, earthy/groovy/peaceful music, extremely engaged and helpful staff. I had an issue the Airport and I could not make to my stay. I notified the Hotel right away, and they asked my to contact the reservation team. The hotel was completely not understandable of my situation and NEVER replied to email when I requested to speak to a Manager. I work in the industry and I care about my costumers, we listen to them and make adjustments when needed. This place was not interested on my case, they never listened to me and never replied to my email. So be careful if you book this Hotel.
