「Perfect little house! My kids and I needed a place to stay while touring some local colleges. Beds were very comfortable, amenities worked perfectly, and parking was easy. Only about 30 minutes from Newport, so we'll definitely be back for weekend trips!」

「This was the perfect house for our family of five to rent for a long weekend while we attended family 50th anniversary events in Newport! Nicely decorated, clean and located on the water! The host thought of everything..,fridge was full of beverages and snacks! Would definitely rent again!」

「We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! 」

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.」

「This truly is an amazing property. The space was clean and check-in was a breeze! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!」

「Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!」
