Tiny Town

This is my second time staying at Urban Cowboy Denver and yes I returned for the supportive good vibes and that copper tub! Those did not disappoint!!! The stylish androgynous robes are so southwest, plush, and comfy- had they been for sale I woulda bought one!! My stay was from Sunday- Tuesday and since Sunday I was out enjoying the Black Arts Denver Festival and the amazing offerings of the Urban Sanctuary and Meow Wolf, I missed the beloved pizza bar which isnt open Mondays or mornings. The bed was so welcoming as was most of the decor. This time I did notice more odes to the whitewashed version of cowboys in pictures and books which did rub me the wrong way. Also the room (9) I was in was spectacular AND definitely needed a wallpaper adhesive refresh (i consider it must be hard to find/use something that doesn't set off most allergies and can withstand the ebb and flow of heat and humidity change especially in the summer with folks cranking AC then not and all the beautiful light that comes into the space.) I would recommend save for those cautions oh and Im not sure what was going on that last day but there was a very distinct smell happening and clearly efforts to remedy it were underway Im sure they've fixed that however it seemed strange no one talked to us directly about it.
