「The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

「Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. 」

「We’re so glad we stayed here for the week, great little apartment with a very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a small kitchen area. My favorite was the laundry room, great place to store suitcases, place to hang stuff and a washer and dryer if needed. We did a lot of fluffing of clothes. Thank you!」
