Summary:

This wonderful and recently modernized with all new furniture is a STEAL! With everything you need for your getaway or business trip including a full kitchen, luxury queen bed, 50" smart tv and wifi! This apartment is just a mile away from Old Town and even closer to the popular New Belgium and Odell breweries, and butted up next to the beautiful Poudre River. Inside the massive walk in closet you'll find a rollaway bed thats ready to set up in the room or kitchen space for a third traveller.



The Space:

This apartment was added onto the second floor, back of the main house which is also available to rent if you need more space!

The apartment has everything you'll need to travel in comfort with a full bath and everything you could need in the kitchen.



Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome in our home but must be approved. Please check with us before booking. Unapproved pets, excessive barking or aggressive animals are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Second floor stair access in the back of the house. Parking space available in the alleyway right next to the entrance.

Less than a mile from the Poudre River, New Belgium, and Odell Breweries



Getting Around:

Fort Collins is very easy to get around and this location is perfect to walk or bike to old town. If you don't have a vehicle, the "Max" bus runs about a mile from the home and will take you clear across town.



Interaction with Guests:

Our property managers will be here for you as needed. We can be onsite quickly if anything comes up but are happy to give you space and privacy.

Wonderful!

Clean, cute, and convenient! Husband and I stayed here for one night and was a convenient way to enjoy dinner and a show at the aggie in old town. Quick uber ride into town. Check in was easy, the space is very comfy and the bed and pillows were super comfy too. Thank you!
