"Staff made you feel really welcome, were helpful and friendly. Family room was freshly renovated and very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, fresh quality cooked breakfast ingredients and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend to others."

"We were here just for one night, departing early the next morning. We were allocated Room 1a on the second floor, which had a lovely sea view. The room was comfortable and coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks were all provided. We did not stay for breakfast as we did not have time. Andrew, the owner, was not there when we checked in but he made sure to come and speak with us before he left. All in all, a very pleasant stay"

"Was given the codes to get in the property and the room number. I like this type of checking in as you dont feel as if people are watching you. I was given the owners number so that if i had a problem he would be able to sort it."

"The room was very spacious and well appointed. We didn't pay for a sea view but were kindly given one. The breakfast was very tasty and well presented. There was a good choice on the menu in the bar but we didn't have dinner in the pub. Other guests said the Sunday lunch was of good quality. The negatives were that the shower was very old and poorly maintained. The water dribbled out of the shower. Hence as we were only staying for 2nights we had no shower, although my husband had a part wash on the first night. We couldn't have a bath as there was no plug. The walls were also not soundproofed between all rooms, so guests could hear noises and conversations of others All staff were friendly."
