「The continental breakfast was a disappointment... They are serving the yogurt that has passed freshness date. So, We stopped by Slovacek's for brunch. That was great shop for sure!」

「The rooms had a bad smell, and the "upgraded" TV did not work. There were no buttons on the TV, and the only control that worked on the remote was the power so I couldn't turn to any station. When I asked for the correct remote, they said that they would bring one. I went to the front desk 3 hours later and gave them the remote to exchange. They said that they would have to get one from a different room and would bring it to me. They never showed up. I asked about it again the next morning...

「Room was unclean, could visibly see the dust. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It completely bent to the side of the heavier person. I’m 150, the other person was 180. Hallway was dirty. The staff though was very nice.」

「Rooms were old, building is hot and humid and the a/c in the room is extremely loud you can hardly sleep. Also very poor lighting you have to rely on 2 small lamps to light the room. 」

「Something “went wrong” couldn’t say what and they didn’t have a room for us. Called us around 4pm the day we were to check in and told us we didn’t have a room. 」

「Trey went above and beyond by putting out breakfast early for our ball players! So incredibly grateful!!」
