「The staff at the desk were very helpful and accomplished. Located close to restaurants etc. Very cute place to visit.」

「It was a very lovely hotel, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the dust under the loft bed.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. The renovations are bothersome, with the corridors covered in plastic sheeting including debris, and noise from the building works.」

「It was our second time staying here. Our first visit was in the main building, this visit was in an adjoining building. We love the history of this place. The room we had was very roomy, the bed was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. I love staying here!」

「Rude staff at the reception and check out. Could do with focusing on customer service.」
