"The biggest plus for our stay was the well sized, properly stocked kitchen. I love trying new restaurants (there are several within walking distance) but need a home cooked meal now and again. Plenty of seating for lounging after a long day of hiking/sight seeing/whatever floats your boat. In short, we found this property to be clean, cozy, in a very walkable and quiet neighborhood, and would absolutely book it again. "

"We keep returning and the property has gotten better since the pandemic. a little disappointed that they now charge for unsecured parking. I like the large rooms for the price but not all rooms in the categories are consistent. We were kindly upgraded after being placed in a room that wasn't consistent with our other stays. Small and not updated. We were very quickly and efficiently made happy which I appreciated. We will return."

"Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA regulations are abused. The bathroom floor is slicker than ice when wet."

"The in room jacuzzi is amazing and I love that the place is small - it’s an in-town getaway retreat! The owners definitely love their job and take pride in the property and actually care what we think or have to say. They are prompt, kind, and very accommodating! We will be staying here a lot! "The plus side: there were six bedrooms, not five. The house is very cute and has great layout. The down side: The morning after our first night, water started coming through the floorboards in the basement. Personal items on the floor got wet. Kids in the bedroom near the water slept on the couch the second night because owner couldn’t address it or offer solution on Saturday. Floorboards were spongy, we had no idea how/if it would get worse. Ceiling in basement is very low. Don’t expect to utilize it if you are 6 ft tall. Shower curtain in 2nd bathroom upstairs fell down three times. Beds are odd. Remodel appears to be aesthetic over function. "
