Lots of amenities thoughtfully arranged in the room, I had everything I needed and nothing felt cluttered. Erin's communication was quick and helpful. I would happily stay here again."

"Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. "On December 20, a tree fell and crushed the front of our motorhome. We needed another plan for our annual January 1 State of Our Union trip. We knew nothing about Martinez, except that John Muir had lived there. We found this place was available, lovely and had a nice fenced yard for our dog. Dustin was very responsive, answered all our questions and made our reservation, check in and stay simple.
