"Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed"
