「This place was beautiful and the location is perfect . Our host was more than receptive and made sure he communicated and answered any question I had. This was our first time renting and we will be back. The condo has everything that you need for lots of great summer fun.」

「This place is simply amazing. We had 4 adult, non-couple family members stay here for a family reunion. The den serves well as a third bedroom and the living room futon is perfect for one adult. Each person had their own space. Two bathrooms is the way to go. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. 」

「I like that it was set in a quiet neighborhood. But still conveniently located to the Dunes and Washington park. I would suggest bringing more bath towel. But other than that it was perfect for my son an i an we really enjoyed our stay.」

「House was just what we needed for a night away. While tiny, it was clean and had all the essentials. Location was awesome! Noise from the road didn’t bother us much, but you could walk to the beach in minutes and to the main strip of shops.」

「This redone building is awesome! Roomy and has everything you need. Jocelyn is wonderful! She meets you in-person, which I loved! She is close by in case you need anything, but is very respectful of your privacy. The property has 4 units and they all share a common area out back where the hot tub is. The individual fire pit areas were amazing! We will be back for sure!」

「We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times. Nice large 3 bedroom home close to the beach. Beach access is via Sandy path . Always clean. Comfortable beds. Indoor games, sauna, massage chair, tv in every room even 1 in bathroom, ping pong and hot tub. Nice deck. Kayaks and paddle board—bring someone strong to pull dolly with kayak/paddle board back and forth trail to beach it’s a big workout. Located in safe neighborhood. Restaurants and zoom nearby」

「I went to a wedding not too far from this place and was so glad to have found it! The pictures do make it seem a bit bigger but when I got there and got a feel of the place I fell in love. It was very clever how Nina turned part of her garage into a studio! It was perfect for me as a solo getaway and so cozy. I will definitely be back.」

「College classmates from Ohio and Wisconsin met after sixty-four years to renew friendship, share memories, cook together, explore dunes and beaches. Weather was April spring--cool but pleasant walking the beaches, exploring dunes, watching white waves, feeling the lake breeze. Michigan City is not just a summer vacation spot! We will come back!」

「We had a hockey showcase at Notre Dame and this place was very convenient to get around the area. Place is very neat and clean. The loft upstairs was great for an extra room for kids. They loved it! I wish I knew the story about the bird that pecks at the master bedroom window. Every morning at 7:30 you have your own alarm! Lol. We were intrigued.」

「We loved our stay at the Cozy Getaway! We brought our two large breed dogs and their dog-sitter, Furbo. If you have dogs that react to noise you'll want to be aware this space is one of 4 units in this lovely remodeled century home. We had to make the owner aware of an issue with the air conditioning not working and they promptly sent their handyman to save the day! If watching tv in bed is your idea of romance, you'll have to move the only tv though. The location is top notch with the shops and...
