What should have been a relaxing stay was ruined by an altercation with an extremely rude hotel guest on the day we arrived. We checked in, dropped off our luggage, and chose to spend the rest of the day away from the property. We returned late and left early the next morning.
The experience was made even more frustrating when my husband went to retrieve our vehicle and found that the person assigned to monitor the parking garage was nowhere to be found.
The hotel staff, however, were excellent. They were courteous, attentive, and did their best to provide good service.
