「Cozy」

「Neither the TV nor the microwave cords could reach the outlet, luckily had an extension cord with me. The frig was unplugged when I arrived. It did come on as soon as I plugged it in and I was able to store my items overnight. I arrived late and the office was closed, but the attendant provided me keys through an open door. I left early in the morning and there was a mail slot for return of my key. That was helpful.」

「Easy check in and check out. Hosts were very friendly. Property was very clean. Bed/pillows were incredibly comfy. Smelled great when we entered. Great neighborhood to walk our dog. Very close to the falls. We loved the private walk way. Would definitely stay again!」

「This was a good place to stay to visit Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. It is well located as a central place to sleep. The place was clean and everything functioned well. It was tastefully decorated, albeit all grey and black. Bed was comfortable. You have no access to any outdoor space, so plan on getting you “outside time” elsewhere.」

「Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and the host is amazing very helpful and is very responsive to chat. The property is clean and very cozy. We had fun on our stay.」

「Beautiful and clean place , has 3 spacious rooms, a good living space and kitchen with all the basic necessities. The host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. This location is close to the falls and the Niagara on the Lake town.」

「Great 2 night stay」

「Very friendly hosts. Lawn needed to be mowed, got a tick on me walking to the car.」

「Large clean home that was very affordable and good location」

「On Cloud Wine is an amazing property with excellent amenities, modern decor and very comfortable beds. The host is attentive, gracious and answered queries expeditiously. The location is perfect if visiting Brock University. There’s ample parking in the driveway and a garage (our vehicle was too huge to fit) We will definitely stay again.」

「Very nice and clean place. Toys for the kids, almost new, area felt safe and friendly. Easy communication, easy check-in. Will trust this host again.」

「There is always room for improvement. All was good for us. Handy to mention what kind of coffee maker you have in the house as it does take powder and special cups. I think you will have a great place to rent for larger groups when all is finished as it seems you have still some projects to work on.」

「The house was very clean and in a great location; the only things that could have been improved were the lack of instructions for the TVs and the checkout process.」
