「I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere.」

「Lovely room, views spectacular, booked for Sat and Sun 2 nights Bed & Breakfast however was informed only on check in that there was no breakfast Monday morning as they are closed, dissapointed on Sunday to find all options for food on site where also closed by 6pm, there are pubs about 3 mile away in Middleham but after a couple of drinks during the day no option to drive there so left feeling somewhat hungry until next day to find somewhere for breakfast after checking out. 「From check in to check out the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, from when you pull into the car park you get the feeling it’s a special place. The building is a beautifully well maintained old building with some rather stunning modern extras. The room we had was spacious and beautifully presented, with a very comfy bed!
