"It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! "I’ve travelled Thailand extensively and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The description dates that there’s a bar and restaurant, this doesn’t exist. There was no water on arrival. No information given at the desk at all. If I had known to walk along the beach ten meters then I would have went to a neighbouring restaurant and saved myself a trek back to the main road. "Room was of good quality and very clean (better than some others on the island). It was nice to have a deck with table, and small sink/hanging space. The pool was small but clean and suitable. The gardens are well kept, and it's peaceful, yet so close to the centre of town. The downsides were: not the best bed, and the restaurant/sitting area is closed down, we could have done with either a kitchenette to access or microwave to heat food. "This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away. The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing. Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly. I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "
