We loved staying here. Ignore the street entrance, it doesn't do the Hotel justice. The Hotel is situated right on the best beach in Koh Samui. We would recommend to singles and families alike. Rest or party both are here in spades.

This place was absolutely incredible!! From the 30 second walk to the beach from the hotel, to the beauty of the garden! Absolutely amazing. The staff were spectacular, from booking excursions to the laundry services. Such a beautiful group of people!! Highly recommend, this place was one of the most peaceful stays I have had in years.

The staff were exceptional, always willing to help with a lovely smile. The hotel was right on the beach, where the water was warm and the bay so beautiful . The hotel was carrying out external maintenance, which was not disruptive and needed. The rooms were clean but in need of a bit of a paint touch up as they are looking tired. Shower was not warm but the weather certainly was, so although frustrating nothing to harsh to handle. Would I recommend the hotel definitely, lovely and quiet but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and clubs for the youngsters.

The breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve been to, lots of food ready and lots of staff. Tip - best to get there by 0800 if you arrive after 9 am we found it too busy and lots of food ran out. The pool is devine and at a nice depth of 1.4mtrs and the beach is right there. Te best part was massages on site, and a really good price. We never used the second lagoon pool, even though it had a swimbar. Our rooms were clean and large, oirs had both a bath and shower.

The staff are all so lovely, polite and friendly. The rooms are always kept clean, housekeeping comes daily. The beach out front the resort has a little reef that’s has some beautiful fish, even the fish are friendly. The breakfast offers a variety of options to select from including making eyes your own way. The location is deal, making walking to strip easy and walking distance from central shopping centre. I would say here again. The plains are loud when they fly overhead but they stop at night, and you get use to them. I highly recommend you enjoy a pool side massage, they are so good!!! I would stay here again.

Fantastic traditional room/cottage - grand room - GB4. Seconds to the beach which was fantastic. Room super clean. Pool lovely. Beach was stunning. Area is lovely but you are hidden from it if you want to be. Only criticism is the beach club next door booking out music at various times. It wouldn’t stop me from going again.

Have stayed here previously on different occasions some years back. Prices have gone up, but... Very conveinant location. Staff did their best to relocate us away from the ever incessant smoking of guests on verandahs. It would be great if this resort could ban smoking altogether in any part of the buildings. A win for familes etc.
