"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. "Amazing get away! The lido hotel owns the property and it's next door. You have all the hotel perks, but privacy next door. The hotel did our laundry for a good price. Service was top notch! Hope you visit soon! "
