My husband and i had recently stayed at this establishment before. We love the area, friendly and helpful staff, property is always clean. Where this hotel is located, you can walk every night on the boardwalk to go to dinner, coffee and dessert.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer vom Zimmer aus. Viele Tavernen und Bars in der Nähe, und dennoch ruhig. Der Strand ist nicht optimal um ins Wasser zu gehen, da er sehr steinig ist.

Nice Hotel with some unfortunate staff

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the hotel itself is in a great location in a central region in xylohastro. The rooms are neat and have recently been renovated. Unfortunately our stay was tainted by a few bad experiences with one male staff member in particular. There were multiple unprofessional incidents but the most striking was on our first night. We arrived relatively late (midnight) and were attempting to sleep, a neighbouring room was being very loud, we decided to give them time to settle down (as we are not the complaining type). Two hours later (2am) the noise had increased with people shouting in the hall ways. We gave reception a call, who said they would sort it out. About 10min later there was a knock on our door, to our surprise it was the male receptionist accompanied by a group of males. He had brought them to us to explain why we had complained (completely unprofessional). My partner was outraged with the situation and whilst the receptionists stood to the side and said nothing, the loud guests could see how this situation was totally inappropriate and apologised. Generally day staff were very pleasant.
