「The property is old and historic so the heating/air systems are old. They had not switched over to air conditioning yet so our 2nd floor room was 78’ and we had to rely on a breeze through the windows for air. Overall, there seems to be a lack of care for the price we paid. The pool was not filled yet. Hot tub was nice.」

「Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee.」

「Host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and converse with.Everything was clean and well stocked. The upstairs bedroom didnt have a great heat supply for winter time, but with blankets we were fine. Downstairs we had the thermostat at 70 and upstairs would only get to 64.Very quaint house.This will become our regular accomodations when were in town!」

「We had a wonderful time at the Homestead! It was a great place to have a couple families come together. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to bring our pets. Hosts were so accommodating and were quick to respond. Great place to have kids. There was a basketball court and playground right across the street! Thanks for a great stay!」

"日本では馴染みのないモーテルに久しぶりに宿泊しました。事前に支払いを済ませていたのでチェックインも簡単ですぐに鍵を渡してくれました。車を部屋の前に置くことが出来るので荷物の移動も楽でした。電子レンジと冷蔵庫があるので簡単な食事をチンして作ることができます。車で2分くらいのところにスーパーもあります。施設の隣にはメキシカン料理のお店もありました。チェックアウトの際は部屋に鍵を置いて出発するだけでした。施設の人々への苦情も口コミに見られますが、家族経営ですのでそんなものでしょう。良い意味でアットホームな感じでした。バーナルの他の施設も実際に見てみましたが、ここが最も写真に近いと感じました。バーナルに来られる方にはお勧めします。"
