"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"

"All in all a really good hotel. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, good signage to the various buildings. Spacious room. Curtains were a bit dirty and depending on who was room maid each day, replacements were hit & miss. Their online reservation system did not properly work when I extended by a night which was a bit of an ordeal. "

"Good hotel. Nice rooms and great views on the top floors. Struggles with A/C and heating during the night brings the overall rating down and the gym is hmm a cardio suite at best, lobby ok but no serviced bar or cafe facilities. "

"Great hotel. Location is excellent - right next to the main transport hub station, main shopping street, close to restaurants. Staff at reception was excellent too. Hotel lobby was well done with interesting design touches. Room was clean and comfortable. 10/10"
