"What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. The gentleman at the front desk understood our situation and worked with us to help get us a stay there. I’ve stayed at several places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this is by far my favorite. Reasonably priced for the location and the looks of the place. THE SHOWER. My wife and I fell in love with the shower because of the rain shower head and great water pressure, it was amazing. It was definitely a much needed save from the bad start our vacation got off to. We will likely be staying here from now on every time we visit Gatlinburg. Love this place!"

"The grounds, room, and amenities were clean. Marcus and Miranda were so incredibly helpful and kind!! Anytime I needed anything, they went above and beyond. Big thank you to them for making our stay the best. The splash pad was way bigger than I thought it was going to be and the kids enjoyed it so much!"
