"Clean and modern decorated property in good location to paddington station. Room facilities were fine, you have to go into the corridor for coffee and there were no clothes hangers only coat hooks (did ask advised none). Ironing facilites are in the basement and Ironing board was broken which made things difficult. Main gripe is that the hotel is digitally very demanding, I had 8 messages of various detail including attachments before even getting to the property and a text message at 8am the day after reminding me by what time I had to leave. These messages could be toned down/reduced."

"Room was ok, couldn’t get the heating working but staff sorted it centrally in the end. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t have breakfast here again. Huge queue, not enough space for everyone, running out of bowls, milk, cutlery. People watching over waiting for your table. We visited Feb half term and it was a busy time- they needed a booking system as their small breakfast room could not cope."

"Considering the central location in London, we had a surprisingly quiet room. There was the exception of a couple of room doors slamming shut at night, though not too late, presumably because they're all fire safety doors. The bed was very large and fairly comfortable. Though the footprint of the room wasn't huge, it felt very spacious because of the lovely high ceilings, and the decor was contemporary and attractive. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The tap was a bit loose but not a problem. It would've been useful to have a hook or two on the door to hang clothes etc on. AC worked very well and cooled the room quickly. Overall a very pleasant stay, and for the price, we'll probably come back when next in London."
