「The property was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk as well as housekeeping were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in the room which was clean and pleasant. The shower was hot and soooo nice. I did not like the TV- limited access to local sports and the TV was not a smart TV so I was unable to stream. The breakfast area was way too small and the coffee was not nearly hot enough - a really big disappointment for me !」

「Not a big menu choice for breakfast but what was there was good. My husband liked the bagel choices and the yogurt machine. I had a muffin, banana and boiled egg. But the room was awesome, large and great tvs. CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED.」

「After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me.」

「So old and dirty. The door lock was broken. I cannot recommend to stay here.」

「Questionable red stains on carpet. Unclean shower tub. Hair on unused towels. Staff gave $25 dollar unexplained charge before checking into room. Foul odor coming from the bathroom. Elevator not working. Bed had possible pubic hair on it. Spotted spider found in room. Unclean sink. Keycards stopped working day before check out」

「The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol 」

「This was hands down the best experience! First the second we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The room was just as amazing. Pretty small but everything you needed was in there. Check in and out was so easy and fast. Will definitely be going back.」
