"Had a couple box elder bugs in the room. The hear lamp / fan in the bathroom was not working. Breakfast was excellent, staff, bar / restaurant was also excellent. Feel the room was a bit outdated. "

"I picked this hotel because they offered a free breakfast. When I went to get the breakfast I was stopped by staff who asked what room I was staying in. I provided my room number and i was told that my room did not come with a free breakfast. I don't appreciate the bait and switch so I will never stay at an IHG property in the future."

"I wanted to share a concern about my stay. The toilet in my room was not working properly, and a staff member initially showed me how to fix the chain myself. Unfortunately, the issue kept happening, and I had to call three different times to have it addressed. While I appreciate the staff trying to help, I don’t feel it’s reasonable for a guest to repeatedly fix a maintenance issue during their stay. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer some form of compensation or a small discount on the room. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so situations like this can be handled differently in the future. "
