"The entire staff was amazing"

"The best thing about this "resort" is the bar staff. They were great and made food that was good. The room was comparable to a Motel 6. There was one restaurant and it was mediocre at best. A couple of nights, the food was edible while the remaining evenings, we just ate salads. The same restaurant does breakfast too and it was OK for breakfast. The girl at the front desk was rude and 2 members of our party of 10 were on the other end of the property. Apparently there was a room to move us to with the rest of the group, but the front desk didn't let us know. The beach was average. The activity staff was available to help with kayaks, snorkels, or putt putt equipment. The pool was really clean and the only hot tub was hot, then cold as there were apparently issues with temperature control. Overall, your trip is what you make it, so we enjoyed ourselves."

"The Seaview Palms Villa was AMAZING! My wife and I enjoyed the seclusion and privacy of the villa's location in the gated community. The lush tropical plants lining the path to the villa were very tranquil. The villa was clean and welcoming. The furnishing and decor felt like home, and appliances were updated. The private pool definitely a bonus! We loved spending time poolside at night listening to nature.Both the tenants and workers at Villa Madeleine were very friendly. Alvin was a gem! Although the local cat Ben was standoffish at first, he ended up being a regular visitor on the front porch. My wife and I have visited St. Croix many times, but this was our first time staying on the East End of the island. Being twenty minutes from downtown Christiansted, we thought we might feel isolated. This was far from the case. We met so many wonderful locals at Ziggy's, The Sausage Shack, and America's Cheeseburger in Paradise. The drive to and from Christiansted became second nature. AND so close to so many beautiful beaches!Our hosts Linden and Jennifer were easily accessible and answered our questions in a timely manner. We plan to be regulars at this villa!"

"The condo was great - clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and very well equipped. The pictures are accurate. Julie is a great communicator - provided recommendations for shopping and restaurants. She met me at the entrance of the golf course (where the condo is located) and guided me to the unit. There was coffee and bottled water waiting for me and the bathroom had soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of towels too. Slept very well in the comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again when I make it back to St Croix."

"Pool was great, kitchen had what we needed! There is some basic things that need fixed, the lock and handle on 1 exterior door from living room to pool needs fixed or replaced but everything else was good. This our 3 rd stay at Villa Magdalene and as always it’s hard to leave"

"Absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable laid back vibe with private luxuries including a beautiful swimming pool, washer and dryer, gas stove, gas grill, private bath and ample room for a large group! Only recommendations i would have would be for an air fryer or larger baking pans as we had a large group and had to bake wings and tots in 2 shifts. Not a big deal but more time consuming and more time we needed the oven on making the house warm. The dishwasher on the bittom floor wasnt working nir the washer on that floor, however, with two sets in the house, it also wasnt a big deal. Loved that they had chalk for the kids, beach towels and some snorkel gear. We had an absolutely amazing trip and would give more stars if i could. Our host was very communicative which made us feel very welcomed and taken care of! Thank you!!"

"The views from this home are absolutely spectacular—both sides of the house offer beautiful scenery. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and it was a great space for our group to relax and spend time together. It was also a really nice touch to have groceries stocked in the fridge upon arrival.Roosevelt, the concierge, was great—very helpful and always available when we needed him. We also appreciated the complimentary Moko Jumbie dancers and the late checkout, which were nice additions to our stay.The home could use a bit of TLC, particularly with some light switches and door locks, but overall it did not take away from our experience.We made wonderful memories on this family vacation and truly enjoyed our time here."
