"Nice people just everything was closed or not available "

"I am so confused about the positive reviews and the reality of our stay. The good: The rooms were modern and clean Some of the staff were hardworking and pleasant (Gregory? At the bar was great) The bad: The food! They had a lovely looking Italian restaurant that was closed without explanation. The only options were a subpar buffet (breakfast and dinner only) and a pool grill (lunch and dinner only). The buffet was limited and the food was not good. They don’t have an omelet station all days. Some days there was no wait staff, so guests had to clear their own tables. Since the only lunch option was a grill, the wait could be 40-60minutes (and some of the menu items unavailable). The site lists a cafe as a dining option, but they only have premade cookies. Understaffed. The entire resort was severely understaffed. The site also lists a lobby bar, that was not open at all. The site lists a second pool and a gym, neither of which are on site and we never found them. No gift shop. If you run out of sunscreen or advil or anything, expect to spend $50 round trip in taxi fare and 40 minutes round trip into town. Other observations: Older crowd. Lots of 60+. Quiet vibe The beach was beautiful to look at, but not swimmable because of seaweed. All in all, I do not feel I received the trip I booked and paid for"

"What a fantastic location and home for my 77- year old aunt to enjoy her first trip to the Caribbean! The home is wonderfully situated on the quiet East End and we can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the deck and pool. Sunrises followed by an early swim, then breakfast on the deck before heading out to enjoy the beaches and sights. Then back home for naps in the hammock or poolside, dinner and chatting into the night. Plenty of shade for us and nice breezes. It’s not far from several beautiful beaches. Our favorites were Southgate Coastal Reserve and Isaac’s beach (we did the small hike to from Pt. Udall) where we also caught a lovely sunset on our return from the point. Smuggler’s Cove, though smaller from a walking perspective, was just below and also great. I wouldn’t miss the unique kayak on the Salt River bioluminescent bay, or sailing to Buck Island with Captain Karl on the Tesoro. We also enjoyed an unexpected Music Monday at Ziggy’s market. Our host Kat was extremely responsive, the rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely touches from foreign travels. The kitchen was well appointed for us to cook. We’d definitely return should there be future trips to St. Croix!"

"Loved breakfast by the ocean, so lovely. Pool in excellent shape and super clean. Room also new and clean! Property is doing a good job of continuing to improve! WiFi also very good. "

"The views were as wonderful as advertised. Jin and his wife couldn’t have been friendlier. We had a rough travel day dealing with cancellations so we arrived later than expected so having to have instructions told to us rather than written out to read at our leisure was the reason for the 4 on check in. "

"One of the top homes that we have rented on St. Croix. Every amenity as promised. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the pool was wonderful. Rocky, the property manager, was extremely helpful. On top of that, the views are stunning!"

"Our group enjoyed this villa! We had plenty of room for all 12 of us—6 adults and 6 kids. The four upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The pool is nice and large, and the view cannot be beat! Some parts of the exterior structure likely needs updating, but it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. "

"We (3 couples) stayed in March 2026. I am giving it 3 stars based on a mix of good and bad aspects of our stay. On the plus side, the house has a stunning view. The pool is small but refreshing. The two upper bedrooms have comfortable beds and nice ensuite bathrooms. Management was responsive and the maintenance guy was great (thanks John)! The house was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Pre-stay communication was confusing. We could not unlock one of the bedroom doors on arrival and we had to call maintenance. During our stay, the dishwasher never worked, the garbage disposal didn’t work but was replaced, and several other things were either damaged or not working properly. This could be a cool property with some maintenance. "
