"Overall a fine hotel and a good option if you need to be on the east side of the city. Can only think of one recommendation: Some of the soundproofing could be improved. When the air conditioner unit wasn’t running, traffic noise from outside was noticeable, as were pipe movements in the wall (I could hear when the room above flushed, which while not terrible also wasn’t an enjoyable thing to hear as I’m falling asleep)."

"House was as shown in pics. Very roomy!! No AC in house but was able to keep mostly cool by opening windows. Lots of instructions but very clear. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Lovely place to stay for our visit with family. The property is in a very nice and safe area of town and there is a park across the street. The apartment was super clean, communication was very quick and instructions for entry was very clear. Viola and Steve were very nice and friendly and allowed our family to visit us in their home. Our area was very private and had so many little things to make us more comfortable; such as tissues, muffins, coffee and tea pods, hot tub towels, bathing suits, flip flops, hair dryer, first aid kit, shampoo and conditioner. The hot tub was enjoyed by all of us and Viola even gave our grandchildren ice cream. We will make this our home away from home whenever we are in Colorado Springs again. Thanks Viola and Steve for a great visit."
