ザ アウトルック ホテル

「Overpriced and will tack on charges for everything. I’ve stayed in Holliday Inn Express that are nicer and more comfortable.」

「Great communication for contactless check in/out. Clean room and comfy bed.」

「Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.」

「Very friendly staff! We enjoyed our night after hiking over from Aspen.」

「This is an old inn and it shows with the plumbing. I was in the shower and the fixtures were very hard to adjust so I had the water hotter than I usually would. While I started rinsing my hair- I got scalded by a burst of burning water. I jumped out of shower and had to sit for a while with very cold water on my hair and scalp. Someone in the hotel must have used water and you never know when the temperature will fluctuate. My daughter said the same thing happened to her the night before but...

「Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly!」

「This was one of the nicest places we have stayed! The amenities were all top notch!」

「Perfect weekend. Could not have asked for better accommodations in my price range. Thank you.」

「Attention to detail」

「Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.」
