「It's a great property with ample facilities, like their health center & the pool. Bohot are really clean & well equipped. The rooms are white spacious and the breakfast was delicious with variety 」

Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful.」
「The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better.
However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night.」
「Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all.
It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables.
I will never go here again.」
