「Checking in was a very unpleasant experience. There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double. Refusing to help in any way, the staff even falsely denied that they used this booking service, leaving us to contact the booking provider ourselves while they watched passive-aggressively. The linen and pillowcases were stained, and the AC hardly worked. Not...

「Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…」

「Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!」

「New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

「Neat rooms and food was good. 」

「It was indeed a very good stay ! *Room was very clean with clean linens *Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat *Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case. Otherwise for the price offered it's excellent 」

「Okay for short term stay. Not ideal for families. WiFi was poor. Restaurant was average.」

「The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.」
