I'm a hotelier I do expect some good service from the staff. Staffs are unprofessional they are not ready to wish and smile. After my check out they called me and said there is some payment pending. On my check out I have cleared the bill and handover the key to the person who stand in the reception. Why she can't check with the person before making a call to me? It was so embarrassed that I have checked out without paying bill
