"It was a nice hotel. I would have preferred to stay in a place that offered breakfast at a reasonable cost. also, parking was way too expensive. there were some items in the room that needed repair. it was a good stay overall."

"Check in was not smooth or efficient. Having to wait for a room to be ready, after 3pm is not what I expected at a Lowe's. I had to request three times and finally a manager, Charles, was kind enough to put me on a lower floor than what I had paid for so I could get into a room. Not optimal, but come on, waiting until the very last minute (4pm) was not comfortable for me when arriving at 2pm. The lighting in the rooms is the very dark, antique yellow lighting- important if someone is there on business and wants to work at night- not the greatest for getting work done. The gym is outstanding- absolutely fantastic. Food from In Room Dining was also great- fresh Cesar salad, salmon, wonderful chicken noodle soup."
