Personnel employee was very useful; The have a lot of problem with key - open -room system.
Lost to much time to resolved it and was like that .
In addition very loud noises in the wall come from the housekeeping , early in the morning on week-end .
The main door it closes after 8pm and the card doesn’t work to get back into ; you need to waiting for the lady at the reception listens to you or sees you to open it.
Bathroom at pool area same issues than main door .
Coffee machine without power , off anytime.
