"Went on a trip for my mom’ birthday. At check-in, the front staff was amazing in accommodating last minute desired changes. We stayed at the Rainbow tower, ocean front room. It was amazing! The views were unforgettable. We enjoyed the restaurants, shopping, the pool area and the easy access to the beach. There was construction so there was some limitations to access, but not bad at all. The only reason I would give it a lower rating was due to the issues with the elevators. There were times we had to wait for an elevator for well over 15 minutes to go up or down, as well as the temperature in the halls of the tower. I would still stay again!"

They provided free shuttle service to & from the airport, staff was very friendly & accommodating, conveniently located for easy access to shopping, rooms were quiet & clean, we were able to get a great affordable deal on a last minute stay. "Clean room Quiet, well maintained. Close to Schofield base which is were my son works, so it was convenient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of variety. Very tasty. Had to pay for parking, it was secured. Couldn't enter or exit with out key. So safe! The new transit train stops right close."

"Amazing! I choose this location because of it overall comfortability and location. Its literally in a mall with restaurants, retail stores, move theater etc. right out the front entrance. The staff are very helpful, the property is clean, the rooms are comfy, and the breakfast is delicious, if you're in a rush, they have To Go bag breakfast!!! I highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors or locals. Mahalo, Hampton"
