"The EV car charger cables were cut! That was the main reason I booked this property and was surprised to find them cut off and could not be used. The property was also under construction/remodeling but the dust caused my family to have allergies. The rooms were large but had some loose hairs, excessive dust and lack of towels. The breakfast was ok. "

"Very friendly staff and clean rooms, breakfast was great and had plenty of options to choose from. Plenty of location for food near by as well! Would stay again!!! "

"Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole faucet fell off. I went on down to check out and discuss my stay with management. The manager straight up lied to my face saying he would refund half my money but my receipt would be sent via expedia. So i asked to take a pic of the screen showing he'd refund me. It wasnt until a week after not getting refunded that i looked back at the pic. Well plain as day it showed he didn't hit checkout so he obviously changed it after i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and again i only stayed because most hotels in the area were already booked. Its sad that the manager lied knowing all that was wrong. "

"Terrible location right beside an active train yard. Trains brakes squeeling and blaring horns 24 hours a day. Breakfast consisted of white bread and frozen butter or waffles. Housekeeping started carts rolling noisily around at 5 a.m. Hotel staff not friendly to rude. Rooms were small but pretty clean and water was hot enough for showers. Mattresses were very hard. Would not stay here again. "

"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"
