"The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime. The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating."

"Guyers House Hotel was situated in a beautiful location. Check in was straight forward. Comfortable room. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice. Unfortunately we had no hot water on the day of departure to which the reception staff were informed. It would have been nice to have had the compliments refilled as we booked for two nights. The hot chocolate was rather lovely. We recommend Mother & Wild as a local place to eat out in Corsham, friendly staff and fabulous food. "

"We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all"

"I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. Couldn’t believe with my daughter being the biggest Harry Potter fan we were right in the location for some of the filming. The accommodation was lovely - very thoughtfully decorated and fantastic location. Will definitely book again if we are in the area. 10/10. . "
