「The room was enough good for me. There was an iron in the room. It is very nice for business person especially. I enjoyed buffet style breakfas. There was various kind of food and drink.」

「My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. 「Everything about this place is fantastic」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」

「The parking was easy and free, the staff could of been more friendly and more helpful, the rooms and hotel look worn out and the carpet in the room had dirt」

「Nice pub and garden, great stay.」

「Excellent service」

「英国のトラディッショナルな雰囲気が味わえます。周りにレストランなどが無いのですが、ホテル内のレストランが良かったです。決して安くはないですが、リブアイステーキが非常に美味しく、コスパは良い印象です。」

「Free parking Breakfast poor Hotel in neeed of refurbishment. In poor condition Fraying carpets and cleanliness not good Room 25 was cold Even with heating on.Very draughty.Too cold to have shower heated towel rail not working Staff indifferent」

「The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.」

「Superb stay for an overnight business trip .」
