"The most perfect relaxing stay at this hotel!! We was blessed with finding this spa hotel, as it was in the middle of our crazy busy holiday so it was perfect to come back to and wind down from the day in our whirlpool room. The staff completed our stay with their constant hospitality, from the waiting staff, to reception, to the spa staff (who give the most amazing massages!). They were all so friendly and helpful in every way. Was sad to leave this place and would definitely stay again - 5 stars!!"

"Everything was perfect"

"Very nice staff. The internet service was cut off while I was presenting in a zoom meeting. It was not their fault but still annoying. Internet speed was generally good otherwise. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were NOT connected to the living room!! We needed to go outside in the rain to go to the bedrooms in the rain. It was not a great experience. The water pressure of the shower was super weak. It took me ages to wash my hair. The property seemed to have been renovated a bit but still had an old, “patchwork job” atmosphere. The pictures in Expedia looked 200% better than reality. Overall stay was okay. Again, the staff including the front, kitchen and cleaning were all very nice."

"We are so happy that we chose Wapa di Ume for our stay in Ubud. Everything was perfect. The staff is the absolute best and they made all the difference. The resort is beautiful, spa was great and the breakfast and dinners were incredible and delicious! Can’t wait to go back. 100% recommend!"

"Check-in was smooth. We were welcomed and was provided with welcome drinks. Then reception received us to go through our reservations and what we were offered with our reservations. The resort was beautifully laid and we were quickly driven by golf cart to our rooms. Our bags were already in our rooms and was shown various amenities in the rooms. Staff made this hotel. They were very friendly, courteous and very caring. Breakfast was a buffet style with so much to eat and drink. They had Indonesian, Indian and western food for breakfast. Staff at the breakfast buffet was ever helpful. A shutout to Yoga, Intan, Erlin, Mia and Dek Mi, who took care of all our needs throughout the entire breakfast. Thank you."

"I used the spa facilities. Nyoma who was the masseuse was excellent. She was gentle very responsive to my requests and she is probably the best I have very had. I had a facial, a body scrub, a foot massage and a body massage. She was good at everything. I highly recommend this service."
