"This is a beautiful place however I do t think we will be going back, they buckle and dime the heck out of you while they charge you $560 a night, the force you to valet and charge $55 a night, they make you dine at their restaurant by adding a fee to your bill it’s either you use it or lose it, then the give a mysterious tip to someone (only a $1) I’m sure that adds up to a nice little bonus to someone when all the guests are forced to pay that, then the tax you occupancy of 10% and they do...

"Very courteous and attentive staff. Enjoyed riding the bikes that were available as well as playing pickle ball on-site. The grounds are beautiful - however - be aware that there are major renovations going on, so your “ocean view” may include looking over the construction zone. Ours was - but we requested a room change, and the front desk staff graciously accommodated our request. Overall, a great stay in a great coastal community."

"They forced you to pay for parking 22 dollars per day They have plenty of parking space but they don’t offer self parking and the parking lot they forced you to pay for it is not even monitored from any kind of security and it’s in the open If you pay 150 dollars per room( updated and smell like mold) it’s insane force people to pay 22 dollars for street parking!! Never again!!"

"The staff was good although we didn't meet many. The bartendress struggled making change, but most importantly was we had to change rooms due to the amount of dog hair and the second room had an underlying odor of urine. Say goodbye to carpeted pet rooms. Easier on cleaning staff and more sanitary for patrons "

"Be aware that there are approximately $100 per day fees added to the final bill. Maybe I missed it, but that would be a good thing to know before booking a room. I booked this room and paid in advance. No mention of this when I checked in. But what difference would that make at that time . Reminded me of Vegas hotels. I probably won’t stay here again because of this. "

"The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful. Room service is very good. They have an issue with humidity climate control (it was like 70%+ humidity in our room), so if you’re sensitive to that maybe rethink. Our room was spacious and clean but oddly didn’t have drawers for our clothes. Loved that they were dog friendly. The layout of the hotel makes it not so child friendly (tough to fit the stroller through the passage ways to rooms), but overall a very nice stay."
