"My biggest complaint was the air conditioning unit. I had to keep just the fan on at night, since the a/c was so loud when it turned on. Made the room very stuffy overnight. The staff was very friendly. Their was a power outage in Dana Point plus other cities, but it didn’t effect the Hotel, thank goodness!"
