"Location was great for a jumping off point. Centrally located, yet quiet and somewhat secluded. Facilities were exactly what one would expect (actually better) than the price point. The only issue was the bed. I have traveled to everywhere from Panamanian jungle cabins and Cuban home stays, to Europe and Vietnam; but this was the single worst bed I have ever slept in (captains room). Pro-tip - put two pillows under the mattress, running down the centerline of the bed. Worked well and made the bed somewhat comfortable. I was torn on giving a high rating because everything is fantastic, except for the beds."

"The home was exactly as described, everything was clean and in working order. While the house is a little off the beaten path, and it was great to escape & enjoy the birds from the back porch area, it's still close enough to restaurants and stores. We felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend to others."

"This home was great! I appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the grill worked great. It made cooking great. Being able to put out kayaks in the canal in the backyard and paddle to the springs in 20 minutes was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows. The living room was comfy too! It was a nicely renovated home. And we loved it!"

"We loved staying in the cabin and being so close to the water! It was nice to have the option to rent Kayaks if you do not have one right outside your door! Definitely will be back again to hang out with the manatees! "

"Our family of seven loved this property and home. Our hosts were great! The location was ideal; off the beaten path yet near Publix, kayaking, biking, and caves to explore. The home was spotless, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed plus bikes and kayaks to use free!! The beds were very comfortable. The screened in patio with Blackstone grill was a favorite hang out area for our kids, ages 6 to 17. We were thrilled to learn the county had lifted the burn ban a few days before our trip because the fire pit was awesome!! We will definitely be back!"
