「Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

「Nice clean spacious room. Very nice stay.」

「The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

「8/10」

「Propreté à parfaire. Hôtel en cours de rénovation donc pas de restaurant, pas de petit-déjeuner. Franchement plus que déçu pour un Premier Inn.」

「No frills, just what you expect for the money.」

「I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..」

「Lovely proprietor. Cooked breakfast was great, a pity that on last day we couldn't have it because of staffing problem. Attractively decorated property」

「Great stay in a great location.」

「Lovely place and rooms were great. Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though」

「Recommend. Would stay again definitely」

「Our room was spacious, and being on the top floor, it had a great view. We ordered room service, and it was delivered promptly, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having slippers in the room, which made it even more relaxing. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay.」
