"Hotel was okay but the hvac was not working in many areas. Ended the trip early, tired of being hot in meeting areas."

"On the last day we had a very friendly front desk lady but any other time we went to the front desk service was not so great very unfriendly. Our room was typical but carpet was frayed and our balcony door was broken and would barely open but we managed to get it open and we just left it open. The pool and hot tubs were excellent and the grounds were upkept very nicely. Parking was ok but many vehicles were parked in the lots that didn't belong there due to a concert in town and towing was not enforced. There is construction of a pier in progress and beach and ocean were restricted and enforced by life guards but of course that was for safety reasons."

"Bar and restaurant were open for brunch short staffed. King size bed mattress was hard and lumpy needs to be changed out. Rooms only cleaned upon request. The beach view was fantastic. It's the first week of June. Gotta drive in town to find a place to eat. Island closed down at 10 o'clock usually. I guess it was too early in June"

"The property is well situated in the central business district of Charleston across from a large & lovely park. My wife & I stayed for 4 nights. Parking in the area is scarce & expensive, so valet parking fees are a challenging but very convenient. Our room was not as pictured by Expedia, however, the hotel manager graciously moved us to one which was as pictured. The maid service was good aside from one day when there was a towel & coffee shortage when we returned in the evening, though that was easily rectified by calling the desk. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating."

"There is a &100'deposit & parking is $25 per night. I didn't see this listed in the booking. Room had a slightly stale smell but nothing air freshener couldn't help. Close to the beach, with comfortable beds. Would stay again!!"

"Perfect place. Clean and right in the beach. Multiple different styles of room to accommodate. Prices super reasonable which allowed us to add a extra day stay. Indoor and outdoor pools and all kinds of extras for Incase you get a rainy day the kids aren't stuck in the room. Always something to do no matter the weather"
