We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Check-in was quick and easy. The property is well located, in a quiet location on the edge of Ullapool and easily walkable into town. The communal areas (conservatory, garden) advertised on the site were not accessible to us. We also did not have a loch view. A continental breakfast was mentioned on the listing, but the night before our stay we received an email saying our booking was on a room-only basis. The owners did provide food recommendations in town, however. Could clearly hear the guests in adjoining rooms."

"This is a great guest house. We had a lovely view overlooking some of the harbour. Walking distance into town which is great. AJ met us with a beautiful smile and laughter in her talking. How could you not respond in smile! The bed was extremely comfortable. Has a refrigerator yay!!! Coffee pod machine Yay! Television could be updated, sound quality was poor. The pre check in instructions could be reworked we found them confusing and a little abrupt. This made us feel that the hospitality would be unsettling. It wasn't of course when AJ greeted us with warmth. All the very best AJ and Luke with your young family."
