"we had 4 couples folks (was suppose to be 5 couples but one got sick) over 70 and everything was convenient and easy to navigate the house and guest house. 4 downstairs bedrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs. All ensuite. 7th bath downstairs. We had plenty of room, everything that one would need was available in the home. Very clean. Easy to communicate if there was a question. Would definitely stay here again. Wobbly Wroad Wrunners"

"The house was older but nice and small but roomy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate. We loved the boat dock deck and spent most of our time out there. It’s lovely to be able to watch the birds and soak in time peacefulness of the lake! Our only complaint was the hot water in the bathroom. There wasn’t enough for a bath and not enough for 2 warm showers. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This was a perfect spring break getaway for our family and only a few hours from our home. We had so much fun fishing and kayaking down the river every evening. Our teenage boys caught lots of fish, relaxed in the hot tub, played pool and never got bored. We found plenty of things to do in town everyday and relaxed at the house every evening. Also it was close enough to San Antonio to spend a couple days there visiting our son at Lackland and going to Fiesta Texas. Perfect sized house for our family of six and an overall great experience!"
