"decent amenities for the price paid, and all staff were extremely courteous. location was also ideal. only gripe being that the room could’ve been cleaner but definitely not anything that would put me off staying again. "

Well positioned on the seafront with the 700 bus stopping right outside and going direct into the centre of Brighton regularly. Our Executive Room was a good size with a small outside terrace. Breakfast was amazing and very good portions for the full English. All in all, a good value stay. Would use again"
