「We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.」

「I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. Zero give, and my spouse and I both had aching shoulders and backs the next day.
